oahu is the "main island" of hawaii, it's airport is the honolulu int'l airport (HNL) located on the south side of the island near waikiki

kailua is jen's hometown, located on the other side of the ko'olau mountains on the east (winward) side of the island

group rates will be available at hotels in waikiki, and houses and cottages can be rented in kailua (there are no hotels in kailua)

we recommend staying in waikiki, where it is easy to get to and from the airport and there is lots to do and see within walking distance

for those staying in waikiki, transportation to kailua before the wedding and back to waikiki
after the reception, will be
provided
